Audio Recorder Mi5 Is Bad

The audio recording MI5 in the video and voice notes, is very bad, no low frequencies, in 200Hz down does not record anything.
You can fix this by updates? or the microphone is bad?

The microphones of the Mi5 are actually very good!
But in the current firmware the optimum settings are not selected.

2 fixes:
Use the app "Open camera".
-> Then audio is pretty good.

If you only want to record audio, and no video, use the app RecForge.
Use following settings:
- Source: Front Microphone
- Disable AGC
- File format: MP3, 48 KHz, Channel Configuration: Stereo
-> Then you have amazing sound quality!

Hope one of the developers can use these settings / apps as inspirations to tweak the firmware.
