Google Playstore App Download Speed Patch(for Recent Eu Rom & Global Rom)

I'm a translator of Korean language in xiaomi.eu.
I got many reports from korean users about this issue.
The issue is "limitted speed when we download app larger than 50 Mb in google playstore".
So I made a zip flashing patch.
Most of people was satisfied with this patch and solved the problem.
So I share it!
You can flash it in twrp recovery.

In zip file, there are Downloadprovider.apk and Downloadproviderui.apk.
It's from xiaomi.eu's 6.10.27 HMNote2.
It came from HMNote2. But it can be used in any other xiaomi devices.

Something to do with the time it takes to download and install?? I have a very good fibre connection and have to wait more than I should downloading/installing from gplay sometimes :/ (not only in miui ROM, just so you know)
