Hi good morning, I got the Mi 11 Ultra with Chinese ROM, I waited the 7 days and I unlocked the bootloader, I installed the TWRP and then tried to flash the Last stable Ver. of xiaomi.eu, afterward, I am stuck with only the fastboot menu.
I have tried to reinstall the TWRP but it does not work and gives me an error, I have tried to flash the original Chinese rom again by using MiFlash also it gives me an error at the end.
I have tried to unbrick it by using XiaoMiTool V2 with no success as well
I tried using xiaomi.eu fastboot rom, it does everything successfully but the devices reboot again in fastboot mode.
I have tried different cables, different ports, and two different laptops.
I made another try by using Mi flash, it gives me success in the end, but the phone is still stuck with Fastboot :(
Could you please help me, what else can I do?

i am in the process of unlocking mine. i think the best way is to flash EU fastboot rom first then flash TWRP then flash latest EU rom.

i hope one of the experts can help.

our expert are busy in deserved holidays.....
You must flash and use TWRP rom if/when available.
EU Fastboot rom is only before TWRP related becomes available as temporary solution.

the problem is I am not able to flash TWRP

try to boot it in fastboot mode:
-fastboot boot "twrp".img.
"twrp" to be replaced by the file name...
then install your rom
it gives me an error as per attached screenshot

can you help with a trusted link for the TWRP, and what do you mean by MD5 ??
use the one mentioned here 1st post https://xiaomi.eu/community/threads...iaomi-eu-rom-for-xiaomi-mi11-pro-ultra.59486/

if you open the download link (https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=14943124697586336381), it'll show MD5 as
a075ed650ba469613b7eca7508b6f0c7.

you can check from your PC, what's the MD5 of your file, make sure it matches the one on the website. it's basically to make sure that you're downloading the correct file without any file corruption happening

one method to check https://www.lifewire.com/validate-md5-checksum-file-4037391
i personally install hashtab, so i can easily see md5 of any file from right click->properties

Normal curing is fastboot official rom via MIFLASH.
That should be the first step for cleaning and starting from good foot.
(Did you check if your bootloader is still unlocked.)

I did it, with the Chinese Rom it says Success but the phone is still in Fastboot mode.
And yes I checked my bootloader is still unlocked
Is there any thing else I can do?!

Try these two fastboot commands:

fastboot format cache

fastboot format userdata

Then reboot your device.

But the last 100% working solution is to pay for an "EDL Unbrick" service. You can contact via Telegram: @*spam*paid*service* by example...

;)

last try after "format userdata" is to flash fastboot global rom and not the chinese one. just my guess....

Thanks a lot for all your kind and nice replies, I have tried both format user data and format cache, but with no success, at the end I contacted @*spam*paid*service* , really he is a great man, it was easy and fast to contact him and to deal with, I paid around 28€ by Paypal, he flashed my phone by using EDL mode. my phone worked perfectly, afterward I followed these instructions in the following link to flash twrp and flash the latest xiaomi.eu multi_MI11Pro_MI11Ultra_V12.5.12
it is clearly detailed and easy, more clear than the instruction here in the forum
now my phone is working with a function stable EU rom, of course, I wasted a lot of time and more than 6 hrs for 3 days trying to solve this problem and reading every possible thing, but at the end the solution was an authorized account to flash in EDL mode

Address this problem to, "https://t.me/*spam*paid*service*".
Just inquire, say your device won't turn on. As long as you still see Fastboot Mode, he can probably flash it for you. He uses Teamviewer, connects to your PC and usually it's done in 60 minutes.

Your device is not bricked if it can access FASTBOOT,You merely need to format your internal storage, reboot and flash the rom again. If you contacted "https://t.me/*spam*paid*service*, they took you. These guys float around these sites offering their services to anyone having a difficult time because they may not understand what certain things mean. They then charge you for something that could be easily remedied for free.

Yes, fine.
But this OP had fastboot access but no way to flash fastboot rom.
What's your opinion about?
