New Mi 9 Cepheus 9.6.20 fingerprint sensor login flashing bug

The Mi 9 Cepheus 9.6.20 has been confirmed to have a bug using the fingerprint sensor to login. It will usually flash several times 3-10 times before recognizing the user if at all if the finger is not in an exact position. This happens usually on the lock screen after being off a while. The bug is intermittent, not constant. This was a bug in an earlier Xiaomi.eu release as well on MIUI 10.4. Please fix thank you.

For me with 9.6.20 the fingerprint reader seems slower than before.. Unlocking sometimes fails (same as mslezak).
