My point is, if its still on the forum, then they haven't actually pulled it even though its missing now from the download page.
The download links are still on the forum page.
In the past xiaomi.eu stable roms have come out even though it's not listed on the official miui download page.
I hope so.
I will wait for that.

I looked in the stable mirror of the miui eu, but I do not see the update file for the mi5s, but only the 9.1.3.0 version,

are you referring to global stable and china stable?

Global. I do typo, sorry. Not 9.1.1.0 but 9.1.3.0 to 9.2.1.0.
I also disable MIUI Optimization in developer options and testing now.

"Nightly stable rom" is an RC to become a stable china release
That doesn't mean that it will be the next stable version.
On Mi5S we have seen many time a retirement a released Stable ROM being retired because of serious bugs.
And as I'm using my device also for my work, I'd prefer to have a Stable ROM also in term of stability in usage and not just in term of which development branch to follow.
If I'd want new features at the expense of risking some new unexpected bugs, I'd go for the developer version.
