This ROM cannot be bought, it's free for downloading and installing.

Sure, if you take the global version of the phone and buy it in a trusted shop which sells it with Xiaomi.eu ROM preinstalled.
Edit: Maybe the included bands in China model are sufficient for your country, I don't know.
I am in South Africa and have a Mix 4 which had Chinese firmware loaded with Chinese apps, etc. I flashed Xiaomi.eu MIUI and it's working fine. There was a lot of niggles, but it seems to iron itself out.

Attention the new Rom for Xiaomi 13 "xiaomi.eu_multi_FUXI_V14.0.29.0.TMCCNXM" apparently has a problem and the phone after installation become a brick!

Please help the phone does not display Mi Recovery or Fastboot if anyone can help us!

I would like to report on Xiaomi 13 lite updated to the latest stable miui 14 android 13. the proximity sensor does not work. remains fixed at 5:0 in test mode. anyone in my situation?

Thank you

We have to include Android 13-compatible TWRP for certain devices, otherwise you lose TWRP after an update.
Hello Igor, thank you for your answer.
Based on your experience, do you recommend installing a TWRP compatible with android 13? or i can stick with skyhawk for future xiaomi eu updates

Having skywawk installed, can I install a twrp compatible with android 13?... Thanks

I installed this version and everything works fine. Is your phone visible via command "fastboot devices"? It's better to use MiFlash with any fastboot rom for FUXI than any Mi Recovery/Assisant etc.

I don't know how he bricked his device, so the best way in my opinion - check if device hang in fastboot and if phone is visible back for a while to for example china, eea, global and once again flash xiaomi.eu. Worse scrnario is when he will have to put his phone in EDL mode to flash and try to unbrick.

Oh, I see you deleted. More info for him :)

I misunderstood what you wrote. That's why I also deleted my previous post. (language barrier).

After installation it takes some time for the system to boot. Just leave it to do it´s thing. If nothing is happening in ten minutes.....try to install one more time. Maybe You are doing something wrong.

Unfortunately, the upgrade from V14.0.27.0 to V14.0.29.0 were devastating I don't know what the phone could have attracted with the completion it only passed it to EDL operation and I had no other choice I paid 35 euros for Authorized EDL account to come to life with global official rom this moment I have been in the EU V14.0.27.0 and it works perfectly!

Bug: MMS not working. Unable to receive or send MMS on Telstra / Boost (Australia) network. Google Messages does not work for anything MMS/SMS.
ROM: xiaomi.eu_multi_HMNote9ProEU_V14.0.3.0.SJZMIXM_v14-12.zip

not sure what to do...I really need my phone working and don't want to waste time downgrading. Any advice would be appreciated.

UPDATE: clean flashed factory EEA rom V14.0.4.0.SJZEUXM https://xiaomifirmwareupdater.com/miui/joyeuse/stable/V14.0.4.0.SJZEUXM/ fixed my Boost / Telstra MMS issue.

Hi!
any know if are planned more updates for POCO F3 or Redmi K40?

after update to the last version 14.0.6.0 i have a lot of battery drain, maybe its only a problem for me and i need to reflash again.

Thanks for all your answers!

Can anyone enlighten someone like me who was more familiar with weekly roms, on how this stable rom thread works?

I see first post is Dec 2022. But in sourceforge there are stable roms from Jan 2023 to June 2023 for different models.

So is this sort of like... roms are constantly updated but there won't be updates to the first post?

Anywhere else can one see what are the current changes made to these roms?

Thanks Igor, I'm more keen on understanding how to follow this stable roms releases thread and match it to which one it is based on.

For example, my Mi 11 Lite 5G on sourceforge is "xiaomi.eu_multi_MI11Lite_V14.0.3.0.TKQMIXM_v14-13.zip dated Jun 2023"

On https://miuirom.org/phones/mi-11-lite-5g, I see multiple regions releases - is stable xiaomi.eu based on global or china?

If global, on that site, latest is 14.0.4.0 Release date 2023-04-11, is xiaomi.eu's 14.0.3.0 one version behind, based on Feb 2023's Global 14.0.3.0?

Appreciate further assistance to help me understand better.

The table on the first post has a "ROM Base" column per device to answer that question.
For Mi 11 Lite 4G (courbet) it's Global base, because it's a Global-only device. China ROM doesn't exist.
The second link you included is for Mi 11 Lite 5G (renoir). Those are not the same devices and they don't have the same ROM.

Thanks again Igor.

Apologies for the error, I mislook and I should have copied and pasted my correct Mi11Lite5G's xiaomi.eu_multi_MI11Lite5G_V14.0.9.0.TKICNXM_v14-13.zip

So yes, I think looking at the sourceforge filename with V14.0.9.0. Mine should be based on the same China 14.0.9.0.TKICNXM (May 2023).?

Correct me again if I'm wrong.

Finally the notification issues have been resolved, but I still have problems with my banking. I can do all transactions except pay someone. I guess that's got to do with Google's integrity checks that replaced Safetynet.

I did notice that for a while now, when the phone is on my bedside table and I pick it up in the mornings, it's lagging, like it's busy waking up, but never does LOL.

Restart fixes that

Yes, China ROM exists for it so we're using China base. The letters in the version hint about the ROM:
"T" = Android 13
"KI" = Model "code"
"CN" = China ROM ("MI" for Global, "EU" for Global EEA, etc)
"XM" = Generic ROM (not an operator-specific customization)

Thank you wow, much appreciated. I really need to wear my glasses. :emoji_sweat_smile:

On a sidenote, for those curious about changelog, 'miuirom.org' has it but it seems like only mentions are those periodic security updates. I guess stable roms don't have feature updates.

I don't have any battery drain. Wait 2-3 days, maybe fix it by alone
