[nikel] Suggestion - Temporary Miui 9 By Xiaomi.eu Based On Global Dev

Since there are problems with China Dev and we expect it won't be released in few time, I suggest to xiaomi.eu's team to build a single and temporary build based on global developer, to let us try out MIUI 9 while we wait for definitive China Dev based ROM.

Xiaomi.eu roms are based on china rom, not global rom except device Kate.

Because it has china rom and xiaomi.eu is based on china rom. Kate doesn't have china rom.

My proposal was about a temporary and unique build based on global, just to make us try this ROM. When China Dev will be released, they would build regular China Dev based ROMs. Obviously global beta based ROM would be only a build, and never updated.
