Small issue with screenshots and the browser

This morning at work, I came across a small issue that I'm sure others must have encountered?

I was checking a new website in the browser and wanted a screenshot of it. I had the browser in fullscreen mode to hide the tabs etc.

I held the "menu" button and pressed the volume down button to capture the screen.

BUT! When pressing menu in the browser, the tabs reappear, ruining my screenshot

Is there a way to combat this? Or can it be fixed somehow?

Bump - 45 views and no one has encountered this or knows if it's a known bug thats getting fixed?

Is there anywhere I can ticket it?
