MIUI 7 global stable version is to roll out from Oct. 27, 2015.
Devices getting MIUI 7 global stable build on Oct. 27 are: Mi 3, Mi 4, Mi Pad, Mi Note, Redmi 1S 3G, Redmi Note 4G, Redmi 2/ Prime

Good news indeed!

Anyone here knows when the lovely stable multi's will follow?
