Because it is for XXHDPI only and if I make a .mtz version I have to upload it to the Xiaomi theme market so users can import it (Xiaomi theme policy checkup) from SD-card. I would have to keep it up to date on theme market too, and they check all updates manually. This means waiting time. All in all the Xiaomi theme market and the processes regarding it is a pain in the a**.

If you got your system modified to use mtz files without Xiaomi theme policy checkup you can edit any mtz using 7-zip to create whatever theme you want. It is not very hard to understand how the themes engine works. Just have a look, it is almost self explanatory.

And if you don't upload on zhuti? With miui.designer.com we can use 3rd part theme without problem... And i think the user with xiaomi.eu's rom too coul have benefits using a simple .mtz file... But if it's difficult i ask sorry, I don't have idea

You can open the files without file extension with 7-zip too.
