Invalid miui 12.5.9 (lisa) proxy auto-config not working

I used .pac to block ads (while on wifi) without the need of any apps or dns stuff but it seem that it's not working, is this a general xiaomi (miui) thing or just a bug and are miui 13 & 14 also affected?

1) This has nothing to do with our ROM. Your choice of an ad-blocker is beyond the scope of this forum.
2) MIUI 12 is dead, we don't provide any further support for it.
