Miui V8 7.1.12 Gps Settings That Work

Hi al,
I wanna share my GPS settings that work with severall apps that need GPS and i use them frequently.
So the apps are turn by turn directions like Maps or even Meo Drive, portuguese app, and sports tracking apps like Runtastic.

First off all i will add some screenshots but they are in Portuguese, my natural language, but the idea is there.
So go to settings and :
Battery and performance
MAnage aplication usage
Battery saving mode is ON, don't use Ultimate, it will turn everything off
Installed apps
Select app and in the app settings turn ON the No restrictions and the allow in background

I don't think these settings make any difference if you have GPS problems on Nougat. On mine they don't.
These are settings that need to be tweaked in order to have GPS working normally on MIUI

My Mi5 came from Miui Global dev MM then i upgraded to xiaomi.eu version then to Nougat... GPS always working.

How about use the Engeneer mode to calibrate GPS and compass
