Slow Download With Play Store

Hallo, i have a bug like someone else as i see on the official forum of mi5, the download speed for big file in play store is very slow, just go with 380kbps, is the same bug i had on my old mi4c and that was fixed with latest rom, someone know how to solve it on mi5? i tried with your rom, with miui.it and with global dev.

I have this as well on my mi5 , don't know what it is , I'm using wifi with a 60mbit connection it's taking me an hour and a half for a 900 mb file
