Solved - Stuck At Recovery While Flashing Rom: "package_extract_file Took 00s."

I was using the latest MIUI 9.1 - 7.12.14 Beta ROM. I decided to flash the latest MIUI 9.1 Stable ROM without wiping any data ant it stucked at this screen over 30 minutes:

So aperrantly it got stucked probably that I didn't wipe any data before flashing the ROM because I didn't want to lose my data. So, I just want to end this proccess. I'm using ZCX TWRP. I did press down power button alone and with the volume up/down but it didn't work. How do I get off this screen?

Any help would be appreciated.

Solved: The ROM file was corrupted. Download the ROM again and check MD5 to ensure you have the right file.

Hold power + volume up to reboot back into TWRP and try install again..

Probably ROM zip corrupted by transfer via MTP after Data format (cable or driver or TWRP mode MTP issue). Check MD5

I tried to install again but unfortunately got the same result. Finally I've just checked the MD5 and it didn't match up, which means the ZIP was corrupted as @alan0ford mentioned. Downloaded the file again and the installation is done about a minute Thanks!
