I am not aware you have to enable it. Just long press on the screen, in most apps it will give you the option to copy and paste.

i know what is community effort :)
but there was some poll about percentage of phone usability? Who decides this? I'm just curious.

ZTE U970 / Grand X
Motorola RAZR XT910
LT Optimus LTE - LU6200
Honor 2
Ascend D1
Huawei Ascend P1
Huawei U8860 / Honor
Motorola ME865

I doubt that those phones have larger user base that (for example), DHD or xperia. Huawei and Motorola and LG never have much high sales. Not many people have them. I constantly meet mainly owners of htc, iphone. Only few owners of motorola, huawei and almost nobody have an LG.

I didnt say we will drop support for MiOne.. if Xiaomi will support it, we will continue also.. just multilang builds will be maybe dropped because of size of ROM... will see later in next year... Happy New Year to all...

Interesting question. I would assume there are user statistics? I see lots of Motorola and LG here in Manchester, though. HTC and Samsung seem to have the biggest user group, but these personal experiences can be misleading, I reckon.

So, I create small chart depending of above miui stats...
GT-I9100 - 10049
Samsung Galaxy S2 - 7350
HTC HD2- 7035
HTC Desire (GSM)- 6723
HTC Desire HD / Inspire 4G - 5932
Samsung Galaxy S - 5068

Huawei Honor - 166 (other two huaweis are also below 1000 users)
LG Optimus LTE - LU-6200 - 173
MOTO RAZR - 1185

... its weird, why some phones that have roughly several hundred or only almost 1000 users of this ROM have support for new versions, and some don't...
My DHD is used by almost 6000 people. So why there not are new version for DHD every week? Its similar with MIOne support, bud MiOne have only 1015users (MI-ONE Plus) in that statistics...
Developers are focused in phones that uses small amount of users.

Developers are focused in phones that uses small amount of users.

Most likely explanation: These phones are easier to handle or some developers own them themselves, so they have a personal interest.

I guess this is what happens when communities develop. They are still more efficient than the device producers themselves who hardly ever get an update to the users.

I guess it would be best if you kanged yourself or offered support to the team.

Yes, that is also the solution. But I not have time to study how it works and try it on my phone. If I have been younger, without girlfriend and work :)
Also, I have not found something like "solid documentations for lamas" :) about what in MIUI ROM is what, and how it depends with other things, and what is it doing in particular. Everywhere I find only pieces of information. Is there some guide involving informations from file organization in android in mobile memory (specially DHD), memory management, app functioning, to user-like things like theme support? And how to make custom ROM from these things, that can be handled by me? I dont find any.

I am advanced phone user, I know how to flash ROM, what is CWM, what is bootloader, but have only little info about phone's partitions and how to make changes to them. And this things under the hood I need explained simple way.

I can relate to that. :) Also I need to bring bread to the table, and this kind of development is unpaid. Makes it all the more great that people do it.

DHD is a port, not an official ROM. It comes out sometimes 1hr after official release, sometimes 72 hours. Sometimes never. Its the nature of a 3rd party port. It was posted yesterday last night and I didn't see it till today.

Okay, that reduces the "wow" a bit. :) I thought you actually added a new device to the mix because somebody asked.

Hello, im using Desire HD and have strange problems.
I recently tried few ROMs - recent JellyMIUI, some older versions of miuiandroid ROMs, and finally this version 2.12.29 from miuiandroid. I have problem with SMS app. Before i flashed v 2.12.29 I have done factory reset, wipe cache and wipe dalvik in CWM. Then I flashed v 2.12.29 only, no lang pack. Then I rebooted. I dont have SMS app after first boot, or after any reboot. Im doing something wrong?

Also, I have problem with wifi. Randomly dops connection. Wifi icon stays at full signal, but every app that using internet reports connection lost. After while, it works again, but randomly after another while, drops again. This I first encountered at miuiandroid 2.12.7. I Have also tried 2.11.30, 2.12.21. everywhere wifi drops randomly. Cellular data seems to work OK. On my old ROM from miui.us v 2.8.10 (android 4.0.4) is wifi working OK.

Also, I have plenty of languages in configuration menu. But I not flashed langpack. They must been there from my previous ROMs....but how is it possible? I have wiped user data, cache and dalvik in CWM before I flashed new ROM.
CMW does not delete or wipe everything? If not, how to do it?

Please, give me some solution.

Im really tired from this, jumping from ROM to ROM. Everyone has some problems (laggy, wifi drops, or this missing SMS app). And all that configuration that I must doing over and over again.
How is it possible, that something that worked in one version of the ROM is broken in another? Who permanently doing this?
I want newer version of Android, because HTC is shitting on its customers and not releasing ICS, but those complications only makes me angry. Also, writing to forums are doubled...for what? unnecessary chaos. On XDA is writing people about problems, that you do not have on miuiandroid.com forum. I must checked two forums when I search for solution.
Last flawlessly working ROM I have from miui.us, and is v2.8.10. When I want something newer, every version I try, has another problem. But miui.us does not making ROMs for Desire HD long time.

sweet thanks. quick question; is there a way to port it with touchwiz instead of CM10? isn't the international one (SGS3 - i9300) touchwiz based? thanks. :D;)

No, manufacturer based ports are nearly impossible which is why all non-source builds of MIUI have bugs to high heaven.
