Even the chinese are late today? Something wrong this week? They usually upload by 2:30 PM IST and now its almost 3:30 and still no sign of this week's ROM.

Sorry, but what is "SPN conf"?
Edit: Searched a bit and found it, basically its a .xml file which contains carrier information and has something to do with roaming or the carrier name.

I am still getting 2.9.7 even after a refresh. @Pele, just out of curiosity, do you guys have to wait for them to upload on their servers or u guys get a separate download upfront to start translating?
