After I play a video or something, I try listening to the Music and the Music controls on the lock screen of default theme stop responding.
This issue can be found in the previous releases as well as this one.

i usually remove the nfc from the zip efore flashing
 
I testing this release on Mi2S, pls find results below:

Bad/Bugs (Call settings):
-"Enable proximity sensor to disable screen display during calls" does not effect this setting, so the screen stays on during calls.
- Not possible to interrupt the phone after a call because red button is inactive, or screen goes black and become inactive.

Good/Fixed (Contacts settings):
Companies appear on contact list if simple mode off

I am very happy for fixes and (thanks for that), but bugs above are serious.
 
I can confirm graw2's findings with mi2s. Solved the proximity issue with a full wipe. However i keep getting a FC when opening Guard app.

I found solutions against proximity sensor issue:

1. reinstall phone.apk from the ROM
2. reinstall full ROM

Both of them tested and solved the problem.

Actually solution is little bit easier.. just disable Settings - Display - Prevent misuse and reboot phone..

What is the connection between two different settings?
1. "Prevent misuse while phone is in pocket"
2. "Enable proximity sensor to disable screen display during calls"

Two settings should work independently. Two different settings with two different functions. Two function use the same sensor, that is the only common.

The functions mentioned should work independently. There was no problem in previous ROM release: Had not to disable “prevent misuse while phone in pocket” setting in order to work properly proximity sensor during calls.

About the sensor issue: maybe if both activated, somehow the pocket function is triggered when the screen goes black during a call?

We delete QQ and Sina from the ROM. Every week we tried to "hack" (smali) the buttons out, but then some weeks our code would break the entire Updater apk, and we would have to panic and push hotfixes.

This way, the 10mb of bloat is gone, and there is only an FC if you click it. Blame Xiaomi and their pathetic international support :)

is it regular SMS or any special code from your carrier..?

make a SMS backup and try clear SMS app data...
 
I installed the Note I9220 3.7.5 ROM in my Note N7000 and it's ok. Now I see the Note N7000 in the list of this first post and my question is: Do I need reflash with original N-7000 ROM or no?

I installed the ROM in English but I live in Barcelona (Catalonia) and I need write accents in the words. I want the ROM in English but I need the keyboard in Spanish. The solution it's install MIUI Multilang pack 3.7.5 or this pack only translate the user interface?

I have a problem with my external 32GB SD card. Since I installed MIUI sometimes mounted it and sometimes not. How I can know if it's the card problem? With my previous Jelly Bean ROM did not happen ever. It all started when I installed MIUI. Any idea?

I am using Evo 3D GSM and I notice for last 2 releases, Phone Call Volume is very low even tough the call volume at the max. I am not at all able to hear the other person.
