Yes, just flash it from recovery or push the framework.jar to /system/framework

For RTL Arabic browser download firefox from the market.

Checking the right away.

Just flashed them and it works perfectly for Hebrew on my Desire.
May be something changed for Arabic on 2.3.3?
I'll try to contact the devs of the patch, could you send me some screenshots?

yep.
you can see it in the pic.
in up where that is just numbers its ok. but in bottom where that number is with text number is reverse. 1390 ->0931

last week MS was still on 2.2.1 while Desire (the one I make the fix for) on 2.3.3. This week MS has moved to GB so it "should" work, though I can't promise anything.
Later today I'll release the new patch.
