how you update it ? thru twrp or fastboot ? I am also very scared after 1.0.6 issues that had , god i missed the good old days with nandroid backups
p.s: overall so fast update from xiaomi 1 week after previous 1.0.6 seems suspicious to me , so something was found not right , 1.0.6 system security update date was already october 24-10-01 , so not just standard security update bump version
Does everybody knows, they have to MOUNT ALL THE PARTITIONS in TWRP before flashing and clean Dalvic/Cache after flashing and reboot the system at last?! Also choose the whright TWRP for your model and Android version! Never had any problems doing like this!

Yes,but the first time after unlocking you have to install manually a TWRP and if you choose the wrong one it can be dramatic. Also it is better to MOUNT ALL the partitions, especially Modem and other, if you know what I mean.
Hi
I have mi 11 ultra ( star)
And i updated to latest version 1.0.6 ( before it was 1.0.5)
But after the update a lot of stuff is not working ( crashing) like wolt app and a lot of more
This issue is a big problem because even bank app is not working
Thanks
I have updated my MI11 VENUS model 1.0.7.0 and I have reflashed several times both through PC and through TWRP but it appears as memory full and gives errors from all applications continuously. Any possible solution?

I've never installed twrp First flash I did was with fastboot , after that via twrp , never checked mount etc just followed installing instructions and not had issues with modem etc
In case it's not obvious to some people, this thread is meant for discussion about our Stable ROM releases.
No discussions about root or bootloader unlocking. Posts removed.
In case it's not obvious, Bootloader Unlocking is 100% necessary to install the Xiaomi.eu rom. Not allowing discussion of bootloader unlocking is only shooting yourself in the foot.

Like darki said, a forum is not a single thread. There has to be an order so that the forum doesn't turn into a "general discussion chatroom".
You can choose to ignore what I said and have your comments consistently deleted, it's up to you.
