In the German Repo I can only find 2.9.21 ... i downloaded them and now i try compiling english 2.9.29 with german 2.9.21 xmls ...
Hope it will work...

German is the lang causing the bootloop. So no I will not create a german only set.

Its either Notes.apk, MIUISystemUI.apk or something else.

I already copied MIUISystemUI.apk, Framework-res.apk, Framework-miui-res.apk and Settings.apk from the multi-lang pack to my system manually and it still boots. I will try to compile it myself in a week cause I'm on holiday for a week from tomorrow on.

I've compiled the German firmware based on original miui_Mioneplus_2.9.29_540c417d50_4.0.zip and https://github.com/Bitti09/ma-xml-4.0-german using the application https://github.com/KDGDev/jMFB-program. The last version of jMFB is buggy, I used the previous. The final firmware boots ok.

I'm very happy with this news, i'm used to this Rom in my old Xperia Arc, but had to let it go because of google maps was trying to say the names of the streets in Brasil in english (Awfull). So now i will have a chance again, but now i have a Motorola Razr, i thing the experience with MIUI in this phone should be awesome!

Interesting. I know I'm going off topic, but I would like to know more about the "new" MIUI Australia. Maybe I can help out with some things? My latest MIUI port is here for the Xperia Play (based on Arc S) and I recently got ICS Control Panel working on latest, integrated into the Settings > Status Bar options.

But enough off topic, if you want to talk more you can send me a PM or whatever

I hope it works. The /system size was too big for MIONE. So we removed a lot of bloat and it should work now.
